The Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for the sale of Clear Ballot products in a specified region in alignment with strategic goals of Clear Ballot Group. You will develop new opportunities and relationships, own a full sales cycle from end to end, provide timely and effective solutions, and provide a smooth experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, strategize and implement sales plans that deliver revenue growth in your assigned region. Forecast and report sales milestones, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to identify, acquire and close sales opportunities. Create additional sales revenue through new and add-on sales of products and services
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare presentations and product demos on Clear Ballot hardware and software
  • Collaborate on the preparation of short-term and long-term sales plans, budgeting, and financial performance for the assigned territory
  • Remain current on legal and regulatory requirements of all jurisdictions in your territory and continuously update your knowledge on our products and services so that you can serve as a subject matter expert

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business administration or technology preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience with technology based solutions with the ability to consistently pursue potential opportunities
  • Experience selling to state and local governments preferred
  • Experience selling into complex and regulated environments
  • Fluent with CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred) for forecasting and managing deal progression
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Travel within your territory up to 75% is expected
