“Clear Ballot has been the clear choice. It’s easy to use, very simple for the voter, simple for the poll worker, simple for us and the security aspect of it is wonderful. Knowing that everything is secure is wonderful.”

The Clear Ballot Difference
See how using Clear Ballot has benefited our customers.
When it was time to upgrade their voting system, Warren County wanted a voter-marked paper ballot system that prioritized security, efficiency, and ease-of-use. Beyond the technology itself, Warren County also knew the importance of choosing a partner they could rely on.
In 2018, Warren County first partnered with Clear Ballot to conduct their post-election audits. Kim Ross, Democratic Deputy Commissioner, said the exceptional customer service they have received was one of the reasons the county chose Clear Ballot to be its voting system partner six years later. “I love everybody at Clear Ballot,” said Ross. “We can’t say enough good things about everybody that works for Clear Ballot.”
The combination of exceptional customer service and secure, hand-marked paper ballots made the ClearVote system the clear choice for Warren County.
“For a couple of years we did a lot of demonstrations, but when it came to Clear Ballot, it was familiar to us, and we thought it would be familiar to the voters,” said Beth McLaughlin, Democratic Commissioner. “We were a little hesitant changing in a presidential year, but once we saw those demos, we dove in. The viability of the paper ballot, the backup system, the ability to look at the images - that’s incredible. We can clearly see how a voter votes, their marks that they make down to if they didn’t quite fill in the bubble, the write-ins, we can see that on the screen.”
The ClearVote system has enabled Warren County’s team to feel confident and assured that their elections are secure, accurate, and that they’re supported every step of the way.
“We’re very competitive here in Warren County and we want to make sure that we’re the best of the best,” said Harry Hubbard, Republican Deputy Commissioner.
