After three years as an absentee and audit partner, Commissioners Carly Hendricks and Mary Lou Monahan decided to upgrade to Clear Ballot's full in-person voting solution to best meet the needs of their staff and Chenango County voters.

In addition to product features that have created a more seamless election experience for the county, the duo also highlighted their excellent working relationship with Clear Ballot’s staff after conducting audits across the county for nearly four years. “We also had a really good working relationship with them previously, and we liked the customer service and support that we received,” said Hendricks.Clear Ballot looks forward to partnering with Chenango County for years to come. “It was the right decision for us and we’d be surprised if that wasn’t the same thing for another jurisdiction thinking about it. We’re very happy,” said Monahan.
